Inside, unostentatious elegance gives the long dining room its special charm. There is a strong feeling of tradition and refinement, from the high ceilings with their glass chandeliers to the Louis XV style armchairs, not to mention the wood panelling; throughout, the colours are gently muted.

A Chef's story: Christophe Guillemot

Christophe Guillemot, a native of our region, worked in top restaurants in France and abroad before coming to the Château de Noirieux. The experience he gained at the Château du Boisniard in the Vendée, the Relais & Châteaux le Cap Est in Martinique, not forgetting at Lausanne Palace in Switzerland, has given him a taste for excellence and a talent for hospitality.
Currently Station Chef at the Château de Noirieux, Christophe Guillemot is the life and soul of the restaurant. His gourmet cuisine is completely in tune with this prestigious and bucolic setting. 

His cuisine

Christophe Guillemot's cuisine follows the cycle of the four seasons and their produce. His choices and his firmly-rooted inner conviction give direction each day to his creative spirit. Pride of place goes to local produce and the producers themselves. Every dish speaks of values, history, traditions and know-how. All these things add up to a gastronomic cuisine with authentic flavours.

Practical information

Restaurant closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (except for special events).

Orders taken for lunch between 12:30pm and 1:30pm, and for dinner
between 7:15pm and 9:00pm

The restaurant is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
